Gond-Makhana Laddu

Gond-Makhana Laddu

Ingredient

50 grams

edible gum

2 cups

wheat flour

300 grams

jaggery

3/4 cup

ghee

2 tbsp

melon seeds

1 tbsp

flax seeds

1/2 cup

almonds

1/2 cup

walnuts

1/4 cup

raisins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 1/4cup ghee in a pan,fry makhana for 5 minutes on medium flame,take out.

* Step 2

Fry gum in the remaining oil.

Heat 1/4ghee in a heavy bottomed karahi,add wheat flour and roast on low flame for 20 minutes.Keep aside.

* Step 4

Grind coarsely makhana,gond,dry fruits and all seeds.Add to wheat flour

* Step 5

In another pan add jaggery and 1/2cup water.Cook till jaggery melt.Add to wheat flour mix.Add kewra water.

* Step 6

Cool for 2 minutes.Make laddus.If mixture seems to somewhat dry add some ghee and make laddus.

Serve.
