Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan,add vermicelli.Roadt for 2 minutes.Add sugar and 2 tbsp water.Mix well and put off flame.
* Step 2
Take a muffin mould and grease all cups.Pur 2 tbsp vermicelli in each cup and press to form a cup like structure.
* Step 3
Keep the mould infridge for 30 minutes.
* Step 4
Meanwhile prepare the custard sauce.Heat milk and add custard powder,boil and stir continuously the mixture to avoid lumping.Add sugar.
* Step 5
When sauce is thick,put off flame and let it cool.
* Step 6
Now vermicelli cups are set,put some fruit cubes and dry fruits in each cup.Pour 2 tbsp custard sauce in each cups.
* Step 7
Garnish with dry fruits.Serve chilled.
