Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients of pakoda.Heat oil and make pakodas.Fry till golden.Take out and keep aside.
* Step 2
For kadhi heat oil in a pan,fry chopped onion till golden.
* Step 3
Mix curd and besan and blend well.Add to fried onion and add 1 cup water.Stircontineuosly to avoid lumping.
* Step 4
Cook on medium heat,till boil.Add all the spices Mix well.Add 2 cups more water and cook half covered for 15 minutes on low flame.
* Step 5
Now kadhi is thick Add pakodas and further cook for 5 minutes.
* Step 6
For tampering,heat oil in a pan.Add red chillies and cumin seeds.When splatter,add to kadhi.Kadhi is ready to serve.
* Step 7
For rice :Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.Boil 6 cups water,add rice and cook for 10 minutes or till done.Drain and serve with kadhi.
