Egg kathi roll

Ingredient

2 cups

maida

1 tsp

oil

1/2 tsp

Rock salt

1/2 tsp

chaat masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a soft dough of the covering ingredients. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Take onion slices in a bowl add green chillies and lemon juice.

* Step 3

Divide dough into 4 equall parts and roll each part into a paratha.

* Step 4

Cook paratha on tawa,apply 2 tbsp oil.Beat one egg in a bowl,add a pinch of salt and spread on paratha. Fry paratha till golden.Take out.

* Step 5

Prepare all parathas in same way.

* Step 6

Sprinkle chaat masala and rock salt on parathas.

* Step 7

Put 4 tbsp onion stuffing on a paratha.Apply some tomato ketchup and slices of cucumber over onion. Roll into a roll.

* Step 8

Egg kathi roll is ready to serve.
