Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take all the ingredient in a bowl,leaving butter,oil,nigella seeds and coriander leaves.Make a soft dough.Apply oil on dough, cover and keep in a warm place for 2-3hours.
* Step 2
Divide the dough into 4-5equall portions.Roll one portion,apply coriander leaves and some nigell seeds over it.Roll at a thickness of about 1/2cm.
* Step 3
Apply some water on the upoer side of naan and put on a heated tawa,keeping wet side on tawa surface.
* Step 4
Cook for 1 minute on medium flame,turn tawa on open flame,keeping flame on high.Cook for 1 minute.
* Step 5
Take out naan from tawa,keep the another side on open flame.Cook for 30-40seconds on low-medium flame.
* Step 6
Now nasn is ready.Apply some butter on it.Prepare other naans in the same way.
