chana dal

1/4 cup

moong dal

1/4 cup

masoor dal

As needed

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak dals for 2 hours.Coarsely grind with chillies,garlic and ginger.

* Step 2

Take out in a bowl,mix other ingredients.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a kadahi.Fry pakode on medium -high flame till golden.

* Step 4

Take out and serve hot with chutney/sauce of your choice.
