Roghni Tikia

#grandma.#post 3 Very easy and very popular tea time recipe of our grand mother. Here ghee (roghan) is used in plenty ,that's why it's name is "roghni tikia".

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings.

Cooking time :

30 minutes.
to taste

sugar

1 teaspoon

salt

1 teaspoon

nigella seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl exept milk.Mix well for 2 minutes.

* Step 2

Knead a semi hard dough by adding milk.

* Step 3

Leave for 10 minutes.

* Step 4

Divide dough into 2 equall parts.Roll into 1/2" thick tikia.

* Step 5

Heat a tawa.cook tikia on medium low flame for 6-7 minutes till golden.Apply 2 table spoon ghee and fry on low flame for 1 minute on each side.

* Step 6

Prepare the another tikia on same manner.

* Step 7

Serve hot with jam/pickle.
