Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix rawa and curd, add about 3 tablespoons water. Mix and cover, leave for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat the steamer in microwave oven for 3 minutes.
* Step 3
After 5 minutes mix soda bi carb to the idli batter If required add some water to make batter at dropping consistency.Grease idli mould and pour batter in idli mould.
* Step 5
Cover and put in a microwave oven. Microwave for 3 minutes on high power.
* Step 6
Meanwhile dry roast peanuts and red chilies for 2 minutes on medium flame. Transfer to a grinder, add salt, lemon juice, garlic cloves and 2 tablespoons water. Grind to a smooth paste Take out, peanut chutney is ready.
* Step 7
Now 3 minutes are over, check the idlis with toothpick. Take out and demould them.
* Step 8
Idlis are ready to serve. Serve with peanut chutney.
