Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend sugar and curd,add vanilla essence keep aside.
* Step 2
Take 2 long jars/serving glasses.
* Step 3
Put one tablespoon curd in the glass, add few fruit cubes, followed by 2 tablespoons mango puree. Then add 1 tablespoon oat, repeat the process. Garnish with pomegranate seeds. Parfait is ready to serve.
