Spinach Lasagna

Spinach Lasagna

I made this spinach lasagna with three types of cheeses:
Mozerella cheese.
Cottage cheese and
Parmesan cheese.
In between lasagna sheets i used shredded spinach along with tomato salsa.
Ingredient
Food ration :
2 servings.
Cooking time :
30 minutes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Shred spinach,keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped onion,fry till golden.
* Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes,garlic and salt.Add 1cup water,cover and cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes.
* Step 4
Add tomato puree and black pepper powder,stir and cook till thick.
* Step 5
Meanwhile boil lasagna in a pan and cook on medium flame till soft.Drain and keep aside.
* Step 6
Grease a 6"×6"baking dish,put some tomato salsa in it.
* Step 7
Cover with lasagna sheets.Put half of shredded spinach over.
* Step 8
Put some cottage cheese over spinach.
* Step 9
Then some mozerella cheese over it.
* Step 10
Cover with lasagna sheets,and spread salsa over it.
* Step 11
Repeat the process.On the top cover with lasagna sheets,spread remaining tomato salsa.Spread mozerella,cottage and parmesan cheeses.spread chilli flakes over it.Garnish with olives.
* Step 12
Bake in a preheated oven at 140°c for 16-18 minutes.
* Step 13
Ready to be served.serve hot.
