Egg Fritter(Anda Pakoda)

Ingredient

30 minutes.
1 tea spoon

turmeric powder

1 tea spoon

red chilli powder

1 pinch

soda bicarb

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Hard boil eggs,peel and cut each egg into four wedges.

* Step 2

Mix all spices to the besan and blend to make a batter of dropping consistency.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a kadahi,dip each piece of egg into besan batter and deep fry on medium heat till golden.

* Step 4

Serve with chutney /sauce.
