Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all th ingredients of samosa covering,make a soft dough and rest for 20 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan,add cloves and besan.cook on low flame till raw smell of besan gone.Add sugar,cook for 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Add dry fruits,stir.When oil leaving the edges of pan add kewra water.Mix.Let it cool.
* Step 4
Roll small puris of 4"diameter.Fold as shown in picture.Stuff besan halwa,seal the edges.
* Step 5
Deep fry till golden.Serve.
