25 minutes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil chicken,chanadal,bay leaves,red chillies with salt for 15 minutes or till chicken and dal are soft.
* Step 2
Dry if any water remain.Discard bay leaves and cinnamon stick.Grind chicken-dal mixture till smooth.
* Step 3
Slice onion thinly and fry till golden.Take out and keep aside.
* Step 4
Add egg,garam masala powder,cumin powder,ginger-garlic paste,fried onion,coriander leaves,green chillies and curd to ground chicken.Adjust salt as per taste
* Step 5
Make kebabs,heat ghee/oil and shallow fry the kebabs on medium flame till golden.
