Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a wok or pan,add 1 tbsp oil, heat it. In goes green chilli & onion, saute it for a minute.
* Step 2
Add in ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released, in goes paneer, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 3
Now add salt, Schezwan chutney & sauce, mix it well, in goes corn flour, stir fry it for a minute. Add dhania patta now, mix it well, cook it for a minute.
* Step 4
Turn off the flame, take out in a dish, allow it to cool down, keep aside.
* Step 5
Now take a mixing bowl, add maida, salt & oil, mix it well. Add water slowly slowly, knead a medium hard dough, rest it for 10 minutes. Brush 1 tsp oil, knead it again till smooth, cover it, rest it again for 15 minutes.
* Step 6
Take small portions of the dough, roll it, make a Puri, fill it with 1 tsp stuffing, fold in the shape of WONTONS.
* Step 7
Take a wok, add oil, heat it, moderate the flame, deep fry WONTONS in batches till brown.
* Step 8
Take out in a bowl, plate it, serve it with green chutney, sauce or any dip..
