Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash palak, chop it, wash it again, keep aside. Wash aloo, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add hing & zeera, let it splutter.
* Step 3
In goes garlic, saute it until brown. Add onion, stir fry it until light brown.
* Step 4
Now add aloo, stir fry it for 2 minutes. In goes palak, mix it well.
* Step 5
Add in salt, haldi powder, dhania powder & red chilli powder, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 6
Cook it covered on low flame until aloo is completely cooked. Stir in between. Palak will release water.
* Step 7
Open the lid, increase the flame, stir fry it until dry. Turn off the flame, cover it for 5 minutes.
* Step 8
Take out in a serving bowl. Can be paired with Paratha or Poori...
