Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut paneer into triangular shape pcs, soak in hot water with very lil salt for 1/2 hr, strain it, marinate it with the given ingredients, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Fry paneer pcs flipping both side, until light brown. Keep aside.
* Step 3
Take another pan or wok, add oil & butter, heat it. Add dalchini & choti elaichi, saute it for 30 sec.
* Step 4
In goes green chilli, saute it for 30 sec. Add in onion, stir fry it until light brown.
* Step 5
Now add tomato & salt, mix it well. Add in ginger garlic paste, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame until oil has oozed out.
* Step 6
Open the lid, increase the flame, add kashmiri red chilli powder & dhania powder, mix it well. Cook it on low flame until oil has separated.
* Step 7
Now add fresh cream, mix it well. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has oozed out.
* Step 8
Open the lid, add garam masala powder, mix it well. Cook it for a minute.
* Step 9
Increase the flame, add 1 cup hot water, mix it well. Give a boil.
* Step 10
Lower the flame, cook it covered until a lil saucy. Turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes.
* Step 11
Take out in a serving bowl, add paneer pcs, garnish it with dhania leaves.
