Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add fish pcs & all the given ingredients of marination one by one, mix it well. Rest it for 1/2 hr.
* Step 2
Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it. Lightly fry the fish pcs on moderate flame until pink. Take out in a dish, keep aside.
* Step 3
Take another pan or wok, add oil, heat it. In goes onion, stir fry it until light brown.
* Step 4
Now add ginger garlic paste, saute it until rawness is released. Add very lil water to avoid burning.
* Step 5
In goes haldi powder, red chilli powder, dhania powder & salt, mix it well. Add lil water to avoid burning. Cook it until oil has oozed out.
* Step 6
Add in tomato puree, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame until oil has surfaced.
* Step 7
Open the lid, increase the flame, add coconut milk, mix it well. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has oozed out. Add in garam masala powder.
* Step 8
Now add 1.5 cup boiled water, mix it well. Boil it for 3 minutes. In goes fried fish pcs, mix it gently, give a boil.
* Step 9
Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until gravy turns a lil thick.
* Step 10
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with a dhania sprig....
