Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add spinach, onion & green chilli.
* Step 2
Now add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder & chaat masala powder.
* Step 3
Now add rice flour & besan, mix it well. Add lil water to make a smooth batter. Add 1 tbsp oil, mix it again till smooth.
* Step 4
Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Moderate the flame, drop small portions in the hot oil. Deep fry them until brown. Take out in a bowl.
* Step 5
Plate it, serve it with sauce & green chutney. A good tea time snack in winters.
