This is my kid's one of the favourites dish..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add prawns, salt & lemon juice, mix it well. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hrs.
* Step 2
Take a pan, add oil & butter, heat it. Add marinated prawns, saute it until light pink. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.
* Step 3
Can add 1 tsp more butter if required. Heat it. In goes garlic, saute it for 30 sec. Add green chilli, saute it for 30 sec.
* Step 4
Now add veggies, stir fry it for a minute. In goes sauteed prawns & lil salt, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 5
Add black pepper powder & red chilli flakes, stir fry it for 30 sec.
* Step 6
Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until prawns are almost cooked. Open the lid, increase the flame, give a stir. Turn off the flame.
* Step 7
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta & spring onion.
