Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water, 1 tsp salt & 1 tbsp oil, boil it. Add strained rice, cook it until 90 % cooked. Turn off the flame, strain rice, keep it in a dish, let it cool down. Wash the veggies, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a wok or pan, add oil, heat it. In goes ginger garlic, saute it for a sec.
* Step 3
Add onion & green chilli, saute it for 30 sec. Do not brown it.
* Step 4
In goes all the veggies, stir fry it for a minute, add salt also, mix it well.
* Step 5
Now add rice, stir fry it for a minute. Add soya sauce & black pepper powder, mix it well.
* Step 6
In goes Schezwan sauce, mix it well. Also add vinegar, toss it or stir it very carefully for a minute. Add some spring onion, toss it or stir it carefully for a minute.
* Step 7
Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl or a dish, garnish it with dhania sprig..
