Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add ata.
* Step 2
Now add salt, ajwain & all the powdered Masala. In goes palak, mix it well.
* Step 3
Add lukewarm water slowly slowly, knead a soft dough. Cover it, rest it for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Open the lid, add oil, knead it again, keep aside.
* Step 5
Take small portions of the dough, make balls. Roll it, make a lil thick roti. Bake it on tawa similarly as normal roti.
* Step 6
Can be served along with any meal..
