Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the veggies, add in a pressure cooker. In 1.5 cup water, place the lid, give 1 whistle on high flame.
* Step 2
Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally. Strain them, keep aside.

Take a mixing bowl, add dahi, besan, haldi powder, red chilli powder, dhania powder & garam masala powder.
* Step 4
Add 1 cup water, whisk it nicely, keep aside.
* Step 5
Take a wok, add oil, heat it. In goes methi Dana, let it splutter.
* Step 6
Mix haldi powder & red chilli powder with lil water, add in the oil, mix it well. Cook it until oil has oozed out.
* Step 7
Add whisked curd mix, give a stir. Add 2 cup water, mix it well. Can add more water if required. Kadhi should be a lil thin.
* Step 8
Add salt now, give a stir, boil it now. Keep boiling for 5 minutes. Now add veggies, mix it well. Again give a boil.
* Step 9
Cook it covered on low flame for 10 minutes. Kadhi has to be a lil thin so cook accordingly.
* Step 10
Open the lid, add green chilli, mix it well. Give a boil.
* Step 11
Turn off the flame, cover it with the lid. Open the lid after 5 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl, keep aside.
* Step 12
For Tadka...a). Take a tadka pan, add ghee, heat it.
* Step 13
B). Moderate the flame, add Rai, let it splutter.
* Step 14
In goes dry red chilli, cook it for 30 sec.
* Step 15
Pour it onto the kadhi. Serve it hot with rice..
