This is a very simple yet tasty recipe.Here I have used whatever vegetable was in my fridge... You can add any other vegetable of your choice...
Winter season is full of choices..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the veggies, keep aside. Take a wok, add oil, heat it.
* Step 2
In goes garlic, saute it until brown.
* Step 3
Add paprika powder & immediately add veggies except gobhi. Stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 4
In goes salt, mix it well. Lower the flame, cook it covered until half done. Stir intermittently.
* Step 5
Open the lid, add fried gobhi, mix it well.
* Step 6
Cook it covered on low flame until almost done.
* Step 7
Open the lid, stir fry it for 2 minutes. Increase the flame, stir fry it until dry.
* Step 8
Turn off the flame, cover it for a minute.
* Step 9
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta. A good combo with Paratha or Poori..
