Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a wok, add ghee, heat it. Add green chilli, saute it for a minute.
* Step 2
In goes ginger, saute it for 30 sec.
* Step 3
Add tomato & salt, mix it well. Add very lil water.
* Step 4
Cook it covered on low flame until tomato becomes mushy.
* Step 5
Open the lid, increase the flame, add red chilli powder, mix it well.
* Step 6
In goes aloo, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 7
Add dhania patta, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 8
Now add 1 cup water, (adjustable), mix it well.
* Step 9
Give a boil, lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until gravy becomes a lil thick.
* Step 10
Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl, have it with kuttu poori or kuttu Pakodas..
