Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add chicken pcs, add all the given ingredients except corn flour & maida, mix it well. Now add corn flour & maida, mix it nicely. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.
* Step 3
Moderate the flame, deep fry chicken strips in batches until crispy brown. Keep aside.
* Step 4
Now take out the excess oil from the wok, leave 2 tbsp of oil, heat it.
* Step 5
Add garlic now,saute it for a minute, in goes dry red chilli, stir it.
* Step 6
Add spring onion now, saute it for a minute. In goes sliced onion, stir fry it until translucent.
* Step 7
Add bell peppers now, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 8
In goes all the sauces mix it well. Also add vinegar, cook it for a minute.
* Step 9
In goes fried chicken, mix it well.
* Step 10
Separately fry kaju in 1 tsp oil until it starts browning. Add in the chicken, mix it well. Also add onion greens.
* Step 11
Cook it for a minute, turn off the flame. Take out in a serving bowl, have it with any fried rice.
