Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the veggies, keep aside.
* Step 2
Shallow fry broccoli florets in 1 tbsp oil till light brown. Keep aside.
* Step 3
Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add hing & zeera, let it splutter.
* Step 4
Now add onion, stir fry it until light brown. Add green chilli now.
* Step 5
In goes veggies, stir it for a minute. Add ginger garlic, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 6
Add haldi powder & dhania powder, mix it well. Add salt now. Stir it for a minute.
* Step 7
Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until veggies aur almost cooked. Stir in between.
* Step 8
Open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder, stir fry it until dry.
* Step 9
Turn off the flame, cover it for a minute.
* Step 10
Take out in a serving bowl, have it with Roti or Paratha.
