Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan, add ghee, heat it. Moderate the flame, stir fry vermicelli till brown, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take another pan, add 1 tbsp desi ghee, heat it. Stir fry dry fruits till light brown. Keep aside.
* Step 3
Take a deep bottom pan, add milk, boil it on low flame. Keep boiling it.
* Step 4
Add in roasted vermicelli & dry fruits, keep the flame low. Cook it for 2 minutes.
* Step 5
In goes elaichi powder, mix it well. Cook it until vermicelli is almost cooked.
* Step 6
Add sugar now, keep stirring. In goes kewra water, mix it well. Cook it until a lil thick.
* Step 7
Turn off the flame, cover it with the lid.
* Step 8
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with some kishmish.
