This is a Persian scrambled egg dish.. Goes very well with toasted bread ..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, crack eggs, beat them, add in milk, mix it again, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a wok or deep bottom pan, add ghee, heat it.
* Step 3
Add zeera, let it splutter.
* Step 4
In goes ginger & green chilli, saute it for a minute.
* Step 5
Now add onion,stir fry it until pink.
* Step 6
Add in tomato & salt, cook it nicely until tomato becomes mushy.
* Step 7
In goes haldi and red chilli powder, mix it well. Cook it for a minute.
* Step 8
Add dhania patta, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 9
Pour beaten eggs in the masala, mix it well.
* Step 10
Keep stirring until completely cooked.
* Step 11
Turn off the flame, cover it for a sec. Take out in a serving bowl.
* Step 12
Can be served along with toasted bread & roasted Potato wedges.
