This is a sweet , creamy dish of Paneer..quite different from makhani paneer ..
The origin of this dish was in Delhi..
A North Indian recipe .... Quite popular specially in Punjab..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly soak paneer in warm salted water, keep aside.
* Step 2
For Gravy....a). Take a pan, add oil, heat it.
* Step 3
B). Add onion, saute it until translucent.
* Step 4
C) Add whole garam masala, green chilli & dry red chilli, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 5
D). Now add tomato 🍅, kaju & lil salt, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 6
E) Add 1.5 cup water, mix it well. Cook it until tomato becomes mushy.
* Step 7
F). Turn off the flame, cool it down. Grind it to a fine puree. Strain it to get a smooth gravy. Remove all the garam masala before grinding.
* Step 8
Take another wok or deep bottom pan, add butter & oil, heat it.
* Step 9
Add onion, stir fry it until translucent. In goes Kashmiri red chilli powder, mix well.
* Step 10
Now add tomato & salt, mix it well. Add very lil water. Cook it until tomato becomes mushy.
* Step 11
In goes gravy, mix it well. Cook it for a minute.
* Step 12
Mix haldi, dhania, red chilli & garam masala powder with the curd, add in the masala, also add butter, mix it well.
* Step 13
Cook it for a minute, lower the flame, cover it with the lid,
* Step 14
Now cook it until oil has oozed out.
* Step 15
Open the lid, add kewra water, honey & kasoori methi, stir it for a sec.
* Step 16
Now add fresh cream, give a stir. Cover it again, cook it on low flame until oil has surfaced.
* Step 17
Open the lid, strain paneer, add in the masala, mix it well. Cook it on low flame for 5 minutes.
* Step 18
Turn off the flame, cover it with the lid. Open the lid after 5 minutes.
* Step 19
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta & dahi.
* Step 20
Can be served along with Tandoori Roti, Naan or Lachcha Paratha...
