Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly take a mixer jar, add matar & green chili, add very lil water.
* Step 2
Grind it coarsely, keep aside.
* Step 3
Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it.
* Step 4
Add matar paste, stir it for a sec.
* Step 5
Add salt, red chilli powder & garam masala powder, stir it for a minute.
* Step 6
Stir fry it till dry,take out in a bowl, keep aside.
* Step 7
Now take a mixing bowl, add ata.
* Step 8
Add ajwain, salt & oil, mix it well.
* Step 9
Add water slowly slowly, knead a soft dough, rest it for 10 minutes.
* Step 10
Take small portions of the dough, make small balls.
* Step 11
Roll it, make a small puri. Fill it with 1 tsp stuffing, seal the edges.
* Step 12
Roll it & make a med sized paratha.
* Step 13
Take an iron tawa, brush some oil, wipe it out, heat it.
* Step 14
Cook the paratha both side till light brown.
* Step 15
Now brush oil on the upper side, flip the side, cook it till light brown.
* Step 16
Flip it again, brush the oil on the other side also. Cook it till light brown.
* Step 17
Take out in a serving dish, have it with dahi or chutney.
