Ingredient

imli juice,

1 tbsp

gur

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

* Step 2

Moderate the flame, add tejpatta, sauté it for a sec. Add methi dana, saunf & dry red chilli, let it splutter.

* Step 3

Now add ginger, give a stir. Add haldi powder, stir it.

* Step 4

Now add kaddu pcs, stir fry it for a while.

* Step 5

Add dhania powder, red chilli powder & salt, stir fry it.

* Step 6

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until almost cooked.

* Step 7

Open the lid, increase the flame, add imli & gur, mix it well.

* Step 8

Cook it for a while. Do not over cook it.

* Step 9

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

* Step 10

Have it with Puri or Paratha.
