Bhindi Do Pyaza

An exotic dish.may have with any veg main course.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a wok, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it.

* Step 2

Fry bhindi until light brown, keep aside. Also fry onion petals till translucent. Keep aside.

* Step 3

Add more oil in the same wok, heat it. Now add chopped onions, stir fry till light brown.

* Step 4

Add ginger garlic paste, add lil water, sauté it for a while.

* Step 5

Now add tomato purée & salt, stir fry it for a minute. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil separates.

* Step 6

Increase the flame now, add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, also add lil water, mix it well, fry it till oil has oozed out.

* Step 7

Now add amchur powder (optional) & garam masala powder, give a stir.

* Step 8

Add dahi, mix it well, lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till oil separates.

* Step 9

Now add desi ghee, stir it nicely.

* Step 10

Add bhindi & onion petals, stir fry it until bhindi becomes tender.

* Step 11

Switch off the flame, take out in serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

* Step 12

Have it with Roti or Paratha.
