* Step 1
Wash and chop 250grm ivy gourd and onion. Keep the following ingredients ready...
* Step 2
Heat 1 to 2 tbsp oil in kadhai.add mustard seeds,cumin seeds once it breaks add asafoetida ginger garlic paste in the quantity as mentioned above..
* Step 3
Add chopped onion saute it till pinkish in color,add ivy gourd, add salt,coriander powder,red chilli powder,goda masala. Mix all the ingredients together..add half cup water close the lid and cook it for 8 to 10 min in low flame. You can add roasted peanut powder also I have added but is optional...
* Step 4
Tendli ki sabzi is ready to be served with garnish with coriander leaves enjoy with roti.
