bran atta

1/4 cup

Bajara atta

1/4 cup

oil

1 tsp

jeera

1 tsp

ajwain

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the 3 flours add all spices, turmeric powder, jeera, ajwain, green chilli and salt coriander leaves Add water and knead the dough and give rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

* Step 2

Then divide the dough into even sized balls. Roll out each of the balls into a medium thick circles.

* Step 3

Once bhakri are rolled, heat a tawa, place a bhakri on tawa, adding little oil cook it on both the sides. It's ready to serve with masala bhakar, curd, green chilli pickle and masala khichdi.
