It can be served either steamed or shallow fried or air fried with green chutney or ketchup. This savory cilantro cake is a completely vegan, gluten free and freezer friendly recipe and perfect as an appetizer, snack, breakfast or side.  We have been loving crispy Kothimbir Vadi lately as a quick evening snack with tea.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 2 cups of chopped coriander leaves.

* Step 2

Combine well making sure all the spices are mixed well.

* Step 3

Cool the dough completely and cut them into thick slices.
