* Step 1
Soak dal and rice separately overnight. Grind them with water into a smooth paste. Mix both of them together nicely. Add salt as required and keep the batter aside for sometime to ferment.
* Step 2
Spread dosa batter on skillet, when cooked from one side.. Put chopped veggies on it in centre+ 1/2 tsp ketchup+ 1/2 tsp schezwan chutney + pinch of chat masala. Mix it with a spoon on dosa itself, spread evenly, cut and serve
