Just loved making these beautiful and delicious flowers

Ingredient

Food ration :

13-14 servings
1 cup

maida

1/2 tsp

salt

Pinch

ajwain

1 tsp

suji

2 tbsp

oil

to taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

garam masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead a soft dough using these ingredients with water. Keep it aside for some while

2 boiled mashed potatoes + 1 grated carrot + 1/2 cup grated cheese + chopped coriander + salt as per taste + 1/2 tsp garam masala. Mix them well and ready the stuffing

Roll balls from the dough, fill in the stuffing and make flowers as shown in pictures...

Deep fry or bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes...

You can modify the stuffing by adding more variations... Serve hot with tea or dip 😊 You can add edible colors to make colourful flowers...
