Mango cake

Ingredient

flour,

1/2 cup

suji

2 tbsp

milk powder

1/2 tsp

baking soda,

pinch

salt

1/4 cup

curd

2-3 tbsp

hot water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Seive together flour+ suji + baking soda + baking soda + pinch of salt + milk powder in a bowl

* Step 2

Puree mango in a grinder with sugar, cardamon powder and saffron strands. When it gets pureed, give another churn after adding curd too.

Slowly add the wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Add vegetable oil, gently mix the batter.

* Step 4

Add hot water to make the cake of desired consistency. Pour the batter in a greased baking tin, sprinkle chopped almonds over it.

Bake it in a preheated kadai (or oven) for 35 mins at low flame.

Let it cool, cut and serve 😊 You can enjoy it during ur tea time or relish it with mango ice cream 😋
