Ice cream cake
Basically it's a vanilla cake with butterscotch ice-cream and fresh fruit filling..
Made in a nonstick pan..
With a mud look..
Ingredient
Cooking time :
2.5 minute each
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix 1/2 cup curd + 1/4 cup vegetable oil + 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Mix well till they combine
* Step 2
Seive in it 1 cup flour + 1 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp baking soda. Mix well gradually adding 1/2 cup milk
* Step 3
Add 1 tsp vanilla essence (any edible colour if you like.. It's optional) mix well, don't over mix
* Step 4
Grease a nonstick pan, pour batter into it, spread evenly. Cover it with a lid at low flame. It will take 2-3 minutes. Open the lid and check. When it's done, remove on a plate.
* Step 5
Repeat with the remaining batter. Let it cool.
* Step 6
Deep freeze for 30 mins so that the ice-cream sets..
Remove from refrigerator, pour chocolate glaze over it (chocolate spread + chocochips + little sugar + hot milk or boiling water). Decorate with sprinkles and cherries 😊
