oats

1 cup

khoya

1 cup

sugar

2 tbsp

ghee

As needed

Saffron

Raisins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast oats in a pan till brown(jab aroma aane lage, off the flame) Grind the oats to powder.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add coconut and roast on low flame for a minute. Add 1.5 cup and let it cook and boil. After 2 minutes, add sugar, saffron and cardamom powder. Let it reduce to half (will take around 7-8 minutes) Add the powdered oats, mix well so that no lumps form.

* Step 4

As the mixture, starts leaving the pan.. Add khoya and cook for other 2 minutes. Off the flame and let the mixture cool. (you can refrigerate when you feel, mixture is soft enough to make laddoos) Roll to laddoos, roll in coconut and then place a raisin in centre 😊
