Suji cake
Extremely delicious.. Ready in few minutes.. No baking soda and no flour added
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix suji, sugar and dahi together. Mix well so that no lumps form.
Add tutti frutti and mix again.
Add milk if required to reach to flowy consistency.
Leave as it is for around 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Before baking, add 1/4 tsp baking powder to the batter and mix.
Pour the batter in a greased aluminum cake tin.
* Step 3
It's not Microwaved or made in oven nor otg na
* Step 4
On flame, keep a nonstick pan or kadhai.
Heat it. Place the tin inside the pan.
* Step 5
Invert a plate or another container over it and let it cook on a medium flame for 10minutes..
* Step 6
It is ready..Let it cool and then demould.Cut and serve
Kids will love it with glass of milk and we with tea and coffee..
Without refrigeration, it could be consumed for 2days.
