Aaloo masala Amritsari

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a thin batter of gram flour, little ginger garlic paste, salt, ajwain, turmeric powder and 1tsp oil using water.
* Step 2
Put potato wedges in it and marinate for around 15 minutes.
* Step 3
Then heat remaining oil in a pan and deep fry the wedges till golden brown.
* Step 4
Now heat butter in a pan and add chopped onions and green chillies to it.
Sorte for 2 minutes and add remaining ginger garlic paste. Cook for some while.
* Step 5
Add chopped tomatoes in it. Let the tomatoes cook till soft.
Add the spices(as per taste).. Salt, turmeric, garam masala and kasoori methi. And cook.
* Step 6
Add water to maintain the consistency of the gravy (u can add milk too if you wish to).
Add potato wedges in the gravy and serve with chopped coriander and trickle of cream 😊😊😊😊
