Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind sprouts together with green chilies and ginger. Make a smooth paste. Transfer to a bowl. Add in rice flour, oats flour and spices. Mix well and give the batter consistency like dosa by adding water.

It can be of your choice completely I mixed together boiled potato+ a chopped carrot + chopped Onion+ chopped capsicum and coriander + salt and garam masala

* Step 3

Spread dosa evenly on the greased non stick tawa

* Step 4

Spread the stuffing.Sprinkle cheese.

* Step 5

Roll,Cut and Serve.
