Shahi paneer
Gravy loaded with richness of poppy seeds, cream ,cashews and milk

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric to paneer and mix well. Heat oil on the nonstick tawa, and roast paneer over it
* Step 4
Soak khas khas and cashews in milk for around 20 minutes.
Till then, heat ghee in a pan and start cooking onion paste.
After few minutes, add ginger- green chillies paste.
Then add tomato puree and let it cook.
* Step 5
Grind the khas khas and cashews. Then add it's paste in the cooking gravy.
Add garam masala, hing, Salt and jeera powder and add 1/4 cup water. Let the gravy cook for some more minutes
* Step 6
Then add the cream. Mix well.
Add in the roasted paneer (together with the oil on the tawa, that will give beautiful colour to the gravy. Didn't add red chilli powder in gravy, as paneer and oil has it)
* Step 7
Give a good mix and serve hot with chopped coriander and sprinkle of kasoori methi
