Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Assemble all the ingredients of the cover in a big bowl and mix them well
* Step 2
For stuffing, Heat oil in a pan. Crackle jeera, add hing and add peas paste into it. Add all spices, mix well and let it cook on a low flame (covered with a lid) until it starts sticking to the pan. It gets ready in 8-10minutes.
* Step 3
Let the stuffing cool and add grated cheese (optional)
* Step 4
Flatten the cover mixture over palm, fill in stuffing and roll into balls
* Step 5
Deep fry in hot oil at medium flame till golden crisp brown and serve hot with your favorite dip
