Upma cheese balls
A twist to the authentic upma...

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop all veggies and collect all the ingredients together for the upma
* Step 2
Heat butter in a pan and put onions, curry leaves and green chillies in it. Saute till pink.
* Step 3
Then add chopped veggies into it and roast for another one minute.
* Step 4
Now add suji and start roasting until it gives a good aroma and it turns slight brown.
* Step 5
Add 2 cups of water and let it boil and cook. The upma is ready. Let it cool
* Step 6
Take the contents for the slurry in a bowl and add water to make a thin batter
* Step 7
Flatten upma in ur palms. Place a cheese cube in the centre. Place some more upma above and roll it into balls. Make all balls like this
* Step 8
Dip the balls in slurry and deep fry in hot oil at medium flame till golden brown. Serve hot the cheesy upma balls with your favourite dip.
