Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the arbi. Flatten arbi between ur palms.
* Step 2
Deep fry arbi in hot oil till golden crisp brown (at medium flame)
* Step 3
Heat a tsp oil in a pan. Crackle jeera in it. Add turmeric powder and arvi in it.
* Step 4
Add red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder and salt as per taste. Give a good mix
* Step 5
Add a pinch of sugar and chopped coriander.. Mix and serve hot with paratha
