Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare cooked rice and allow it to dry for use

* Step 2

Stir-fry onion using high heat until golden

* Step 3

Mix minced beef, onion, 1 egg, 0.5 cup bread crumps, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon white pepper and 0.5 teaspoon mirin until sticky

* Step 4

Stir-fry cooked rice and tomato puree until dry

* Step 5

Put the rice on a plate for use

* Step 6

Boil instant curry sauce for use

* Step 7

Pan-fry beef patties for 1 minute each side using medium-high heat

* Step 8

Add appropriate amount of water to the pan and steam the patties with lid on for 2 minutes

* Step 9

Pan-fry eggs into a wrap

* Step 10

Put the egg and beef patty on the rice and pour curry sauce on top
