Mexican rice

Quick dinner recipe

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 to 3 servings
2 tbsp

Peas

1/2 tea spoon

Black pepper powder

to taste

Salte

1/2 tea spoon

Ginger garlic paste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take kadai add 2 tbsp spoon oil and roast basmati rice Make sure rice well and drain of the water

* Step 2

Roast on low flame 5 minutes or till nutty aroma comes out and rice beacam Golden brown.

* Step 3

Now add onion, tomato,capsicum, peas, ginger garlic paste

* Step 4

Saute for 2 minutes and vegetables are shirnk

* Step 5

Now add to 2 cup of water and add paper powder salt and mix well

* Step 6

Get the water and boil it to high flame.

* Step 7

Now cover to 20 minutes or till rice is cooked completely.

* Step 8

After 20 minutes stir rice gently without breaking rice grains.

* Step 9

Turn off the flame. cover and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

* Step 10

The mexican rice is ready to serve lemon juice and Coriander leaves
