Mushroom and boiled egg sandwich is a delicious recipe bread sandwich is stuffed with mushroom egg masala and topping with cheese and toast it . Serve the mushroom egg masala sandwich for your breakfast or kids launch box or evening snacks and enjoy .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and green chili and sauté till translucent. Then add ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
* Step 3
Then add tomatoes and coriander leaves till tomatoes turn pulpy.

Add turmeric powder, chili powder c, Garam masala, cumin powder, and coriander powder and mix well. Then add mushroom, water, and salt. Mix and cook till the oil separates from the masala. Finally, add chopped egg and cook for a few minutes, add coriander leaves and mix well remove from heat and set aside,

Take the bread and cut the edges of them.

Spread some butter over one side of a slice of bread. Then put it on the cheese sheet. Then place a spoon full of mushroom egg masala on each piece of bread. cover and press with another bread slice over it.
* Step 9
Heat the tawa and add some butter. When the butter begins to melt. Now place the prepared sandwich and spread it over butter.
* Step 10
Once one side of the bread is golden brown, repeat the same step of adding butter and toast the other side of the bread by pressing gently.
* Step 11
To serve cut the sandwich in half or serve as it is. Enjoy the mushroom egg cheese sandwich.
